SHIPPING & HANDLING For the Continental United States (Hawaii & Alaska, surface mail), we send by U.S. Mail for books under 2 lbs. The charge is $7.00 for the first book, and $3.00 each additional book. For books over 2 lbs, the buyer will be charged for packing, shipping and handling. We offer faster worldwide delivery by Federal Express, DHL and Airborne. Charges for this service will be adjusted to the destination and weight and class of service. We pack our books carefully, using the best materials available. You can be assured that we use the greatest care in sending your books to you. In most instances, once your payment is received we are able to send out your book shipment within 24-48 hours. PAYMENT We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Include your billing address and telephone number. We also accept U.S. dollar currency checks (drawn on U.S. Banks only) and money orders. Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 bank fee. Also, direct bank transfers are encouraged since this method of payment will expedite your order. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery if payment is made by check.
